Cabins
Pine River Lodge offers a wide variety of mountain cabins accommodating up to thirteen guests per cabin. Many offer fireplaces, views of the lake, and all are nestled among the towering pines. In your cabin you will find a fully furnished kitchen, linens and bedding. For added rest and relaxation, there are no phones in your cabin. Each cabin has a basic satellite TV, VCR and an air conditioner. We have limited cell phone service depending on your provider, wifi is available at the main lodge.
Activities at Vallecito Lake
There’s a lot to do for the whole family at Pine River Lodge. Whether you want to explore the outdoors on horseback, go for a hike with the kids, ride mountain bikes and even ATV’s, go fishing & boating on the lake, go on a hunting trip, or visit for a winter escapade, Pine River Lodge has got you covered.
Durango Area Attractions
The Four Corners area is a vacation in itself and Pine River Lodge at Vallecito Lake is the perfect headquarters. In every direction, there are special attractions such as Mesa Verde which offers a spectacular look into the lives of the Ancestral Pueblo people who made it their home for over 700 years and the breathtaking scenery of the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Train
